Payment options

We only accept bank account transfers in Euros and INR. As of now we don’t have option to accept payments via credit or debit card.

Traveloshopy charges a service fee on all our bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.We take all the necessary steps to ensure our customer’s booking experience is safe, easy and completely secure.

Successful Transaction

Once your transaction has been successfully processed we will notify you via mail and on your provided number. In case you fail to get the mail please check in your “junk” or “spam” folders. Your e-ticket, booking vouchers etc. will be sent to you via mail or to your mobile number via whatsapp within 8 hours of your booking. You can present the same at the airline counter, hotel receptions etc.

Cancellation Policy

You can easily cancel your bookings online by informing us via email or phone. There are no extra cancellation charges to process your cancellations or rescheduling. However, The airline/ hotel may have its own cancellation or rescheduling charge which will also be payable by the customer. Customers are advised to refer to airline /hotel specific amendment and cancellation/rescheduling policy as well. In some cases the customer might be required to contact the required airline/hotel directly for cancellation/rescheduling. Customers are required to check or ask for the cancellation policy of a particular package or stay before giving a booking confirmation. Customers must note that all refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider and accordingly should be processed to the customers.Traveloshopy charges its minimal convenience fee at the time of booking and this shall not be refundable.

International Travel

For international flight bookings we require the following information:

• Passport Number
• Issuing Country
• Date of Birth (DD/MMM/YY)
• Gender
• Expiry date of Passport (DD/MMM/YY)
• Last name/ Surname of traveller
• First name/ Given name of traveller
• Middle name of traveller (if any)

The customer is to carry a valid visa for the country they are visiting or transiting through. Customers can check with the required airline or country embassy for all visa requirements.

General Note

Traveloshopy reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part without any prior notice. In case of dispute with any party, Traveloshopy’s decision will be final and binding. When you register with Traveloshopy, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may get in touch with you via mail or sms to inform you of various promotions, offers, educational newsletters etc. which we believe would only help us serve you better.
