All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider and accordingly should be processed to the customers. Traveloshopy charges its minimal convenience fee at the time of booking and this shall not be refundable.

You can easily cancel your bookings online by informing us via email or phone. There are no extra cancellation charges to process your cancellations or rescheduling. However, The airline/ hotel may have its own cancellation or rescheduling charge which will also be payable by the customer. Customers are advised to refer to airline /hotel specific amendment and cancellation/rescheduling policy as well. In some cases the customer might be required to contact the required airline/hotel directly for cancellation/rescheduling. Customers are required to check or ask for the cancellation policy of a particular package or stay before giving a booking confirmation. Once all the details are in place you will be asked to make payments via a bank account transfer and your bookings will be processed.
